Maintenance plans
A quarterly visit for the small things
Older homes ask for attention a little at a time. A quarterly plan puts a visit on the calendar for the repairs, adjustments and seasonal tasks that pile up, so they get handled before they turn into projects.
What a plan gives you
- A standing visit every quarter
- One person who knows your house
- Your list of small jobs, handled together
- A plan shaped to your home, quoted up front
